We are optimistic that the remodeling market will be better in 2014 than it was in 2013. We saw it wane hard in 2013 and never quite recover fully. Despite the uncertainty in Washington, consumers seem to have more confidence and we will see that play out in remodeling increases in the coming year. As the real estate market comes back, so will the remodeling industry. It will be sporadic and slow at first, but it will gain momentum by the second half.
