TCB Coronavirus Health & Safety Procedures

This is an unprecedented time for our world, community and industry. At Thomas Custom Builders our main concern is the health and safety of our employees and clients. For this reason, we have closed the office and are now teleworking.

For those of you with projects currently under construction, we will continue to work with you to decide what works best for your family. The field crew has been instructed to minimize contact with the homeowners as much as possible and to wash their hands frequently.

For those of you in the design phase, we will continue to work with you to move your project along, including providing 3D designs via email. In person meetings will be put on hold at this time. We understand showrooms are no longer accepting in-person appointments but you are encouraged to make your selections online and communicate those to the design team. If any of your in-home design appointments have been postponed, we will get you back on the schedule as soon as it is safe to do so.

For those of you considering a remodel, we are available for a phone consultation to review your project. We will discuss your style and function goals, ask you to share inspiration photos and get to know each other without having to meet in person. Once the social distancing measures are lifted, we will schedule a time to visit your home. If we had to postpone your previously scheduled in-home consultation, we will be rescheduling as soon as it is safe to do so.

Lastly, for our past clients, we ask for your support as we navigate this trying time.
